Fantastic work environment

Over the last few days, with a heat index of 100 or more outside, the temperature in the house kept increasing, finally to 81 degrees. I'm a caregiver for my 80 year old mom and I have a little girl as well. I had to call someone for help, but with it being between paydays, I didn't even have money for the call fee. I still called and reached the most understanding person, Micah. He told me he'd come and see what he could do to help and not to worry about a fee. Micah was so knowledgeable and helpful. He knew right away what was wrong. My core had froze due to clogged filters. He patiently stood out in the heat and chipped away at the ice and got my HVAC up and running again. I'm so thankful for all his help and generosity in my time of need. This company is so blessed to have someone like this working for them- Someone very knowledgeable but also with a caring heart. Outstanding customer service. I called this morning and Ashton sent Micah out to fix my AC a few hours later.

It was hot and on a Sunday afternoon and Nathaniel came out within an hour of my phone call and fixed my air. Very nice and respectful and told me things I could look for if it happens again.

This was the best team! Ashton answered right away..Micah came out first thing the next morning got us up and cooling quickly! Ran into a separate issue later that day and they came right back out…He and Landon were excellent at figuring out the issues. They were so detailed, thorough, and affordable! Explained everything and were so kind and understanding! These guys are setting themselves up for success in all the right ways! So nice and accommodating. Even during the busy summer season they kept us in the loop and got us fixed as soon as they could.

My AC went out at my house because I was cutting the grass and hit the wires. I called them in the morning about coming out to fix it. They came out a few hours after I called in the 100° temperature and did an inspection of my AC unit, turned out the wires I hit blew out the high voltage switch and the tech had the part on his truck and had me back up and running shortly after diagnosing the problem. Thanks for the work you did and it didn’t break the bank. Great service and friendly people.

I contacted the company at 8:41pm on a Saturday (7/5/25) about my HVAC unit not working. I received an immediate response and they came out on a Sunday (7/6/25) at 7:30am. They quickly diagnosed the issue, providing the best recommendation to resolve the issue and had my unit back working in less than 2 hours. This company was reasonable and fair! I highly recommend this company as my experiences with this company has been nothing short of amazing every time! Ashton is the absolute best!!!

Ashton and Micah with bolen hvac serviced and cleaned our unit and while they were there I had them install an air cleaner on my air handler that magneticly pulls dust and pet dander out of the home. My allergies And sinuses haven’t felt this good in Tennessee ever. 5 star service but what I loved about these guys more than anything is their integrity and honest upfront solutions to my problem. ashton has been doing my ac service since i purchased my home a year ago. had an issue on a saturday and they hopped right on it! nathaniel was my tech and what a super nice and knowledgeable technician respected property and was very friendly highly recommend bolen hvac amd trust them with all my ac needs

I called Bolen HVAC out on a Saturday due to no ac. They came out and determine the issue and had me fixed that afternoon. They checked over my entire home and explained some areas that needed to be corrected to ensure my home would be evenly cooled throughout. They are amazing and will answer any time of day and will come right out.

Ashton and his crew just left my house after putting in new ductwork in my crawlspace. The drain on the HVAC was stopped up and water backed up in the ductwork. It was a dirty and difficult job but they did it exactly as they said they would. I was impressed not only by their hard work but by how quickly Ashton answered every text I sent with questions. I could not ask for any better service!
